  Brought three parcels into the store where I was told to let the lady behind me go first because she shouldn’t have to wait on my parcels. “Let that girl go first she shouldn’t have to wait on all of them” I then said “I have 3 parcels” she replied “she’s got 1”. This lady wasn’t even serving me so I dont know why she felt the need to suggest this the girl behind me seemed ok to wait her turn as everyone else waits, I waited on the woman infront of me sending a parcel so why did I have to wait longer?. I was literally standing with my parcel ready to go with the QR code on my phone- she made me feel as though I was a burden because I had parcels in the first place. Then whenever I proceeded to leave the store after the encounter with the rude cashier She then proceeded to say “yippee” as I was leaving. I walked back into the store where my grandmother had then said do you really need to speak to customers like that? And she replied yous aren’t customers you walked out. I explained the reasoning as of why I walked out and I also explained that there is a line for a reason you wait in line like everybody else I had three parcels not 30. This isn’t the first time that I have had a bad experience over parcels in the store. I then I explained to the lady that I am sending away baby items she said it doesn’t matter what you’re sending you had three she had one. She shouldn’t have to wait. rude staff I will not be back near this spar and I highly suggest anyone sending away parcels do not use this spar. The whole encounter was highly unnecessary and just rude. Can I add there was no one else in the store it’s not like there was a huge line. It was me another lady and my grandmother who was just with me. If that cashier would have maybe said it a bit nicer I wouldn’t have minded whatsoever but how she said it was so rude. so unprofessional. If I had 3 items to buy that encounter wouldnt have happened. AVOID
